You will build the roadmap, governance and capability to support the employee lifecycle and enable scalable, high‑quality service across the organisation.

You will lead a team, partner with talent acquisition, HR business partnering, IR, and corporate functions to create clear ownership, effective hand-offs and continuous improvement.
