About the Role

You'll be supporting participants across both NDIS and Aged Care , in their homes and within the community.

Every participant we support is different, and that's what makes this role so rewarding.

Some days you'll be assisting with personal care and daily living. Other days you may be helping someone prepare a meal, attend appointments, enjoy a coffee at their favorite café, go shopping,



or simply spend time with someone who enjoys your company.

It's about much more than providing support.

It's about helping people feel safe, respected, heard, valued, and empowered to live life as independently as possible.

Your Responsibilities

- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and companionship
- Meal preparation and light domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Creating a calm, respectful, and supportive environment
- Building genuine relationships with participants and their families
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and quality of life
- Completing documentation in line with Hellenic Healthcare and NDIS requirements

About You

I'm looking for someone who brings not only experience, but also kindness, compassion, and the right values.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Basic conversational Greek language skills (essential)
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Experience within disability, aged care, or community support
- A warm, reliable, compassionate, and respectful nature
- Excellent communication skillsi>
- Current Driver Licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
