Personal Assistant & E-Commerce Assistant

she wear is a proudly female founded functional footwear brand making stylish, supportive shoes for women at work and play. We’re growing, and with big projects on the go and a lean internal team, we need a capable, organised, flexible human to help us Get. Stuff. Done.

This role reports to our Brand Lead, with plenty of direct exposure to our Founder, and to our Account Manager as we grow our B2B side. You'll be the extra pair of hands and eyes across the business .. business and personal admin for our Founder, day-to-day support for our Brand Lead and Account Manager, hands on time in Shopify, and learning the ropes in customer service, our retail store and dispatch so you can back up the team when it's busy.

Here's the best bit .. the last person in this exact seat was so good at it, she's since been promoted to oversee our brand day-to-day. If you're ambitious and genuinely curious, this isn't just a job, it's a launchpad.

This is not a remote role. It is a full time, in-office role based at our Northgate HQ. We are open to part time for the right person.

What you'll actually do

- Handle business and personal admin, bookings and errands for our Founder .. inbox and diary management, project research briefs, sorting travel, and yes, the odd personal booking (dog groomer, electrician, you name it) thrown in too
- Keep the Founder's day running smoothly .. jumping in wherever it's needed, no task too small
- Support our Brand Lead and Account Manager with day-to-day tasks and project follow up
- Get hands on in Shopify and Cin7 .. product updates, basic E-Commerce admin, general platform housekeeping




- Research and help roll out the AI tools already sitting in our tech stack against a clear brief .. we want someone who gets a genuine kick out of finding a better way to do things
- Learn our customer service, retail store and dispatch operations so you can jump in and back up the team when it's busy
- Help co-ordinate major projects, launches, trade fairs and retail activations
- Chase timelines, collate reports, and keep everyone on track
- Handle the ad hoc stuff without blinking .. because there will always be ad hoc stuff

We're looking for someone who

- Has at least 1 year's experience in a quick paced admin, support or assistant role
- Is genuinely curious .. you can't help digging into how something works or finding a better way to do it
- Has incredible attention to detail
- Is comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a bit of chaos
- Takes a brief properly and follows through, but is also confident making things happen without being micromanaged or supervised
- Has some E-Commerce, Shopify or retail experience .. a massive bonus if so
- Is tech savvy, and excited rather than intimidated by AI tools
- Brings genuinely positive, "can do" energy to everything, no task too small .. but is just as keen to grow into bigger things
