We are now looking for experienced Carpenters and Leading Hands to join us at our Southern Highlands or Northern Beaches projects.

Role Overview

We're hiring at two levels — Carpenter and Leading Hand — for hands-on trades people who take pride in premium workmanship. Whether you're an experienced carpenter contributing to the build, or ready to lead a small site team, you'll be working on architecturally significant homes where quality and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake general carpentry and building duties, including accurate setting out of works, gridlines and levels.
- Operate tools, vehicles, plant and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain site housekeeping — daily set-up and pack-away to appropriate standards.
- Contribute to legislative and quality standards, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications and Australian Standards.




- Participate in site communication, including toolbox talks with the operations team, Site Manager and suppliers.
- Notify management of variations, errors or oversights to ensure swift correction.
- Maintain tools and equipment in secure, good working order and organise materials for site use.
- Lead and monitor a site team of carpenters, labourers, apprentices and subcontractors by example.
- Continuously scan for and swiftly rectify WHS hazards, and monitor quality, accuracy and efficiency of trades on site.

Skills and Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Carpentry and Joinery.
- Current White Card (Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry) and Class C Driver Licence.
- 3+ years experience on high-end residential or luxury construction projects highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to premium workmanship.
- Supervisory experience or accreditation, with the ability to lead and mentor a small team (Desirable).
- First Aid Certificate and licence/competency in plant operation (bobcat, excavator, dogman, crane) (Desirable).
- Lives around or can travel to Southern Highlands or Northern Beaches regions sites (Desirable).
