Preacta is seeking a senior data science leader to head a team of six to seven data scientists, with retention folded into your remit. Shape the team’s approach to credit risk, pricing and retention, ensuring deployment and production readiness, while communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

You’ll drive technical maturity across CI/CD for ML and model monitoring, collaborating with credit, marketing and finance teams to translate outputs into actionable decisions.
