Harwell Consulting is seeking a finance leader to own the day-to-day finance function within a rapid-growing bridal retail group, reporting to the COO and shaping processes rather than merely maintaining them.
You will lead a small team of 2–3, oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reconciliations, and take responsibility for monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, including cross-border VAT and multi-entity finance.
