Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking a Program Facilitator for Western Plains Correctional Centre to deliver offender programs and support reintegration. You will coordinate multidisciplinary services, assess suitability for participation, and contribute to case planning and data-driven program delivery.

The role requires guiding and engaging participants to achieve positive behaviour change within a high-security setting and a pro-social, rehabilitative environment.
