HCA Youth & Community, in partnership with Agile Community Care (DCC), is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality support to people living with disabilities across residential, community access and supported independent living in Ipswich and surrounds.

You will assist with daily living, promote independence, help with light housekeeping, meal prep, administer medication, monitor health, and maintain records.
