About the Role:

This is a full time position.

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Our team is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to join us as a Receptionist.

Skills and Experience

Role responsibilities:

- Meet and greet visitors
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Keeping the office, reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Assisting Accounts with accounts payable reconciliations.
- Excellent English and communication

The successful applicant will also be requires to have the following:

- a professional phone manner
- Ability to deal with all types of people
- Friendly and polite
