We’re after an experienced Hospo Supervisor to run our floor. Farm & Co is a busy, much-loved cafe on a working farm, and we want someone who can lead a smooth service, get the best out of the team, and make every guest feel properly looked after.

The hours (your call)

4-day week (Thurs–Sun, 30-32 hours casual or part time) or 5 days (Wed–Sun, 38 hours casual or full-time) - whatever suits you

Day shifts only, home in time for dinner

Weekends are part of the deal

Solid cafe or restaurant leadership and service experience and are a natural on the floor

A genuine knack for training and bringing a team along is non-negotiable

Real upselling instincts - guiding a table, not pushing it





The ability to read a room, stay a step ahead, and keep calm when it’s slammed

Sharp attention to detail and presentation

Easy communication with the kitchen, pass, bar and the wider FOH crew

Reliability, punctuality and accountability - you show up and you own it

Your own reliable transport to the farm

Confidence on back of house POS and Me+U / online ordering is to advantage

Great barista skills and a genuine eye for coffee is to advantage, but not a deal breaker
