Opal HealthCare’s Carine Parkside Care Community in WA is seeking a warm and organised Lifestyle Coordinator/Wellbeing Manager. You will design and deliver person-centred lifestyle programs, coordinate events and work with residents, families, volunteers and the care team to foster belonging and independence.
You’ll lead and mentor the lifestyle team, adapt activities for individual needs, and support residents including those living with dementia. A caring, cooperative approach is essential.
