About the Role:

RISE Pacific is seeking a practical, detail-driven Equipment Coordinator with a tooling or trade background to support our operations team from our primary location in Silverwater, NSW. This role is critical to ensuring the correct equipment, tooling, and materials are available, compliant, and ready for use on our technical projects.

Australian work authorisation, drivers licence is required for this position. Heavy Rigid license is desired but can also be supported for the successful applicant.

You'll coordinate day-to-day logistics, including inventory control, equipment identification, preparation and dispatch, supplier and transport coordination, and maintaining organised storage facilities. A key part of this role is understanding what equipment is required for the technicians, why it's needed, and how it should be prepared and maintained - making your technical or trade knowledge invaluable.

The role also supports compliance activities, including tooling calibration records, PPE inspections, delivery documentation, and adherence to our Integrated Management System and WHS requirements. This is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone who takes pride in running an productive, safe, and well-organised logistics function that directly supports field teams.





This role can be full time or part time (minimum 24 hours per week) for the right candidate.

Who This Role Is Suitable For:

- A logistics, warehouse, or storeperson who can confidently identify equipment, understand its function, and ensure it is fit-for-purpose.

- Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and moving equipment

- 1-2 years of logistics or warehouse coordination experience is desired but not essential.

- A highly organised and safety-focused individual with strong attention to detail and an appreciation for compliance and documentation.

- A practical problem-solver who thrives in an operational environment and can adapt to changing project requirements.

- A clear communicator who can work closely with technicians, suppliers, and transport providers to keep projects running smoothly.

- Forklift or materials-handling licences are advantageous but not essential.

- Someone with a trade, rigging, access, or tooling background, or hands-on experience working with technical equipment, plant, or specialised tools.
