As a District Nurse, you will bridge the gap between hospital and home, providing critical clinical care and support to clients in the community. Being a district nurse is a highly rewarding autonomous role in a perpetually changing workplace. The primary goal is to assess, treat, and empower individuals to manage their health, maximize their independence, and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.

Skills & Experience

- Current registration with AHPRA with no restrictions.
- Current Drivers licence
- Desirable but not essential minimum of 1 year of post-registration nursing experience (community/district nursing or acute care experience is highly desirable)




- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate, adaptable, and capable of working independently in the field.
