This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking, commercially minded Executive Assistant to hit the ground running and add immediate value within a prestigious, well-established team, providing high-level support to the Executive leadership.

About the role
- Complex diary management for Senior Executives
- High volume travel bookings
- Manage emails and documents including filing of softcopy and hardcopy correspondence
- Monitor and manage incoming telephone calls
- Assisting with timely preparation of Board papers
- Develop presentations
- Develop professional and productive relationships with Executives and their assistants
- General office and administrative duties and assisting the broader team if and when needed
About you
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within an Private equity or financial servicesenvironment
- Positive, proactive attitude and a strong team player
- Ability to build strong, effective relationships quickly
- High level of maturity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Must be able to commence and interview immediately
