Ministry of Justice’s OSD is seeking an experienced Learning Partner to shape capability priorities across a large operational workplace in Wellington. You will diagnose needs, partner with leaders, and determine whether learning, performance support, change, or other solutions are required.
You’ll lead outward communication, connect business groups with the OSD Learning and Development team, and help ensure initiatives are targeted, measurable, and aligned with strategic goals.
