ShiftCare is seeking a technically minded Product Owner to join our Product team in Sydney. This role runs the AI operating system for product work—designing agent workflows, prompts and skills, and ensuring the machine output is accurate and adoption-worthy.

You will own the backlog, write specs for engineers, critique interfaces, and drive delivery with autonomy across AU, US, CA, UK and global regions. Robust UI sensibility and plain-English communication are essential.
