The Role

In this key leadership position, you will:

- Manage large-scale electrical construction projects, including major high-rise and tower developments
- Lead experienced project teams, maintain robust client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee projects from initial planning through to completion and handover
- Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth and business direction

About You

Success in this role will come from your ability to consistently deliver outcomes and lead with confidence.

You will ideally bring:

- Strong experience within electrical construction
- Exposure to high-rise or tower projects (highly regarded)
- Well-developed commercial and financial management skills
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide teams
