We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major transformation program delivering solutions across PEGA, Spatial/GIS platforms, integrations and cloud environments .
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document requirements across PEGA, Spatial/GIS, integration and cloud environments .
- Facilitate workshops and produce process models using BPMN, UML and Visio .
- Analyse and improve business processes, workflows and data management practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testers to ensure successful delivery.
- Define integration requirements, data flows and system interfaces.
- Support solution design, testing, validation and implementation activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process maps, user stories and technical artefacts.
Essential Experience
- Strong experience working on PEGA implementations, upgrades or workflow automation projects .
- Experience with Spatial/GIS platforms and spatial data-driven solutions.
- Strong process modelling skills using BPMN, UML or Visio .
- Experience with SQL, data mapping and data analysis .
- Solid Agile delivery experience with JIRA and Confluence .
