As an Employer Relationship Manager with Oly, you’ll play a pivotal role in the business, developing and maximising a portfolio of small-to-medium (SME) businesses. Your role will be pivotal in driving the successful onboarding of SMEs, fostering long‑term relationships,



and developing opportunities for repeat novated leasing business.

- Help drive Oly’s overall SME employer growth strategy through portfolio development
- Establish and execute strategic plans to grow the number of SMEs that are engaged with Oly
- Increase participation rates within each employer within the portfolio
- Develop plans to regularly communicate with clients to keep the Oly value proposition front of mind
- Assess and evaluate opportunities to enhance our employer strategy and performance
