SHAPE Sydney is seeking a Safety Advisor to support a Safety-First culture on an on-site Sydney project. You will work with project teams, contractors and the EH&S;&Q; team to drive secure systems of work, strengthen compliance and foster continual improvement.

Your role focuses on promoting safety practices, reviewing risk assessments and SWMS, and providing practical guidance on safety policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
