From Salon Forum to The Mane Event, The Circle Education platform, and our in-salon training programs, CPR is building something different in the industry.
We are now looking for a Sydney-based Educator to join our growing national team.
The Role
This is a field-based Educator role, covering Sydney Metro, selected regional NSW areas with occasional interstate travel.
You will work closely with our Sales Team and National Education Manager to:
- Deliver high-impact in-salon training
- Support new salon conversions
- Run workshops and events
- Strengthensalon capability across CPR ranges
- Drive confidence in colour, care, styling and holistic service delivery
There will be regular local and regional travel as well as occasional interstate travel required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Education Delivery
- Deliver workshops, masterclasses and event support
- Create structured learning outcomes for salons
- Follow up training with actionable next steps
New Business Support
- Partner with BDMs to support recent salon conversions
- Deliver demonstration sessions to prospective accounts
- Strengthen early adoption and sell-through
Relationship & Community Building
- Buildtrusted,
long-term relationships with salon owners and teams
- Support The Circle community
- Represent CPR with professionalism and authenticity
Commercial Alignment
- Workcollaboratively with Sales to drive product confidence and growth
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide feedback on trends, resistance points and growth gaps
About You
You are:
- A qualified hairdresser in Australia (essential)
- Technically confident and current
- Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
- Organised and self-directed
- Commercially aware (you understand how salons make money)
Experience in:
- Training and assessment (highly regarded)
- Sales support or conversion work (advantageous)
- Digital contentor social education (bonus, not mandatory)
You must:
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Be comfortable travelling regionally
- Be confident using Microsoft 365 and basic reporting tools
- Be able to operate autonomously while staying aligned with structure
