Compass Education is scaling its GTM team and seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist to own playbooks, decks and talk tracks, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing. You will build resources and run sessions to prepare teams for growth and education market opportunities.
In a hands-on, end-to-end role, you’ll shape enablement strategy as the business scales globally, delivering onboarding, messaging, and tools that drive faster starts and stronger wins.
