CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Western Queensland . Reporting to our Brisbane Branch , this role can be based in Western Queensland or Brisbane , with regular travel throughout the region.
Representing Volvo Construction Equipment , you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing market share across a diverse territory.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and grow market share.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through to delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve sales targets and manage forecasting.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven sales success, ideally within construction equipment, heavy machinery, trucks, agriculture, or related industries.
- Solid commercial and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the Queensland market is highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
