Back-Roads Touring is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead NSW sales from Sydney with remote flexibility. You will grow travel agent partnerships, drive trade sales, and work with HQ and the APAC sales team.

The role requires 3+ years in travel sales/marketing, solid relationship and presentation skills, and Salesforce or similar CRM experience. You’ll shape strategies, manage key accounts, and pursue ambitious targets.
