IPD Group is seeking a commercially focused Business Manager to lead the Automation & Motor Control portfolio. You will drive growth, manage vendor partnerships, and deliver robust commercial results across a growing product portfolio.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to implement strategies, coach a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with safety and quality standards. The role requires travel to NSW, QLD, or VIC locations.
