The Prospect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join their Newcastle-based team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between working from home and their modern new office space.

You will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with high-profile clients across a diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage projects across all stages of the lifecycle
- Act as the key client representative, ensuring project objectives are met
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders




- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining quality outcomes

About You

- Proven experience in a client-side/project management consultancy environment
- Exposure to government projects is highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline (essential)
