Key responsibilities

- Preparing and executing breakfast and lunch service
- Assisting with food preparation and mise en place
- Supporting service with consistency and attention to detail
- Contributing to kitchen organisation and cleanliness
- Learning and refining cooking techniques and presentation

About you

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive and calm during busy service periods
- Comfortable working across different lines during service
- Able to work well in a small, collaborative team
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume kitchen
