We are looking for a Senior Business Analystto assist clients in optimising their implementation and usage of our Core Banking System (Ultracs).

What You'll Be Doing:
Business Analysis & Consulting

- Evaluate client practices and recommend improvements
- Conduct business process reviews and produce clear requirement specs
- Proactively triage and/or support post-implementation project cases

Training & Enablement

- Deliver engaging training sessions (group and 1:1) for clients and staff
- Design and develop reusable training programs and digital content
- Continuously improve course materials based on feedback

Project Coordination

- Manage client tasks via JIRA and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain client communication

Presales & Strategic Support

- Assist with product demonstrations and internal projects




- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to strategic planning

Qualifications & Experience

- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or IT
- 4+ years’ experience with Australian Retail Core Banking systems
- Strong background in Retail Banking or Credit Union or Financial Institution environments
- Experience with UniVerse/PICK environments (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (preferred)
