The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Engineer to own and enhance modern endpoint detection, cloud security and threat detection capabilities within a large enterprise setting. You'll play a key role in strengthening security posture while working alongside high-performing cyber teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and optimise the EDR/XDR platform, including policy tuning, detection rules and incident response.
- Manage Cloud Security (CSPM/CNAPP), including security posture, integrations and runtime protection.
- Develop and enhance detection engineering capabilities across the security platform.
- Leverage AI-assisted investigation and response to improve threat detection.




- Collaborate with Cyber teams to continuously improve security controls and processes.

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms (CrowdStrike Falcon highly regarded).
- Hands-on experience with CSPM/CNAPP and cloud security.
- Detection engineering experience using platform query languages (CQL or similar).
- Python scripting, APIs, Git and CI/CD experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP is highly regarded.
- Exposure to Identity Threat Detection (ITDR) and AI-driven security tools is advantageous.
