WesTrac seeks an experienced MARC Manager to lead a major Maintenance and Repair Contract operation across NSW mining customers. You will oversee safety, commercial and customer performance, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes in a complex mining workplace.

Reporting to Regional Manager – Hunter Valley, you will drive contract health, fleet reliability and continuous improvement, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver value and productivity.
