The Y Victoria is seeking an Assistant Manager for Kew Recreation Centre in Victoria. You will lead and develop teams, ensure delivery of programs to high standards, and act as the Centre Manager in their absence when required. Strong leadership and budget skills are essential.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, liaise with City of Boroondara, and drive service quality while maintaining safety and asset care. This is a full time permanent role within a community-focused organisation.
