Getty Images is seeking an account and customer success skilled to provide end-to-end support for our Custom Content product, a crowd-sourced solution for creating exclusive content at scale.

You will back pre-sales discovery, onboard post-sale clients to our proprietary platform, manage briefs, and coordinate with Creative/production teams to ensure on-time delivery and renewals. This role requires Japanese/English fluency and strong communication skills.
