An established builder and developer is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join its growing project team. With a solid pipeline of Class 2 residential developments across Sydney, this is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking to build their career with a stable and well-supported business.

You will work closely with the Construction Manager and Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a high-rise residential apartment project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and in line with the construction programme.
- Support subcontractor management and monitor progress, quality and compliance.
- Review construction drawings and help resolve technical and design issues on site.
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, site records and other project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and support quality assurance processes.
- Assist with project programming, look-ahead schedules and short-term planning.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, WHS requirements and project specifications.




- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.

About You:

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Previous experience on Class 2 residential apartment projects is essential.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination and quality assurance.
- Ability to read construction drawings and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
