Onsite Technology Solutions Pty Ltd is a 100% Australian-owned, Melbourne-based business that specialises in providing onsite computer and software troubleshooting services. Primarily supporting SME businesses and medical centres, the company offers tailored IT solutions ranging from network installation and Microsoft support to remote network monitoring and 24x7 help desk services. The team comprises highly skilled professionals passionate about delivering full-spectrum business technology solutions with ongoing system management and support.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with atleast 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and apply test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to ensure ICT systems and applications meet business and organisational requirements
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across system modules,



working closely with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with development and support teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support system implementation, configuration, and data import/export activities across test and production environments
- Review, update, and maintain testing documentation, policies, and process guidelines
- Provide input into quality release planning and support disaster recovery and system readiness testing
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business applications to support system rollouts and upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare performance/status reports for stakeholders

Skills Required:

- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders
- Effective stakeholder management and team collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach to testing and documentation
