The Role

You'll operate at Director level, delivering specialised valuations while helping shape both local and national business strategy.

- Childcare centres
- Hotels, motels and accommodation assets
- Student accommodation, boarding houses and serviced accommodation
- Service stations and complimentary assets
- Pubs, licensed venues and hospitality assets
- Client management across banks, developers, funds and trusts
- Strategic input into NSW and national growth plans
- Opportunity to leverage existing relationships and market presence
- Mentor and support emerging valuers within the team
- Contribute to business development and market expansion initiatives

What You'll Bring

- CPV qualification
- Strong specialised assets / going concern valuation experience
- Experience across childcare, accommodation, hospitality or complimentary assets highly regarded
- Commercial mindset and ability to contribute strategically
- Interest in leadership and helping shape future growth
