About the Role

As a casual Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day to day running of the kitchen, helping deliver reliable, high quality pub foodwhile supporting a positive, calm service environment.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef across:

- Service execution and prep systems
- Training and mentoring junior chefs
- Stock control, ordering, and kitchen procedures
- Maintaining standards during busy trade without burnout





Our Chef position will also require confidence and commitment to quality and consistent dishes with the ability to work within in valuable tight team that offers support and acknowledge for a job well done.

We’re On the Lookout For

- Loves cooking — honest food, done well
- Has Chef or Senior CDP experiencein a busy pub or kitchen
- Leads calmly, communicates clearly, and supports their team
- Is organised, reliable, and hands-on during service
- Takes pride in consistency, portion control, and presentation
- Values teamwork, respect, and a good workplace culture. Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
