Endeavour Foundation in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking a casual Youth Disability Worker to support young people with disability as they transition to adulthood. You will help with daily living, personal care, and coordinating appointments, building confidence and community connections.

You will work under a Case Manager in 24/7 Supported Independent Living contexts, applying trauma-informed, person-centred care.
