West Northants Council is seeking an experienced Lead Anatomical Pathological Technician to lead the County Mortuary, ensuring high quality, compliant service for bereaved families, HM Coroner and partner organisations across Northamptonshire.
You'll shape operational practices, develop systems, oversee audits, and recruit and develop a multidisciplinary team, delivering adult and paediatric post-mortems, CTs, viewings and identifications, in a current mortuary facility.
