BGIS is seeking an experienced Building Team Leader to support maintenance, minor works and building services across one of South East Queensland's largest healthcare precincts in Southport. Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, manage a multi-trade team and ensure protected, efficient contract delivery on-site.

The role requires a trade qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing, a QBCC licence, and a minimum of five years in a supervisory
