Djirra is seeking a Community Engagement Officer to join the JR backbone team in Melbourne’s West. You will design and lead participatory engagement activities, coordinating with the JR Manager, Research Officer and Governance Group to centre community voices in the design process.

This role offers a chance to shape a genuinely community-led justice reform initiative, building relationships across community, ACCOs, NGOs and government while ensuring inclusive and culturally protected engagement
