Perth Radiological Clinic is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to lead onboarding, induction and ongoing training within the Patient Support Centre at Osbourne Park. You will ensure teams are capable, confident and supported to meet quality objectives while coaching a small team.

You will drive quality assurance, analyze performance data and maintain training materials, working with Team Leaders to develop action plans and improve patient experiences.
