Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Robotics Engineer in Ipswich to develop and optimise core autonomy algorithms for Jacobsen vehicles, focusing on localisation, navigation and motion planning. You will drive algorithm development, system performance and real-world behaviour from prototype to production-ready autonomy.

You will implement and tune algorithms such as A*, Hybrid A*, DWA or MPC, integrate with ROS2, and collaborate with Test & Validation to improve field performance and
