Instrument Supervisor

Offshore / FPSO Opportunity

Are you an experienced Instrument Supervisor with a robust background in FPSO operations and offshore maintenance? We are seeking a safety-focused leader to oversee instrumentation maintenance activities and support the reliable operation of a world-class offshore production facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Instrument Technicians and contractors offshore.

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize instrumentation and control systems. Monitor equipment performance, identify faults, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work systems, risk assessments, and safety procedures.

- Support environmental compliance and pollution prevention measures.

- Demonstrate strong leadership through planning, coordination, and team development.

Requirements





- HNC/HND in Instrumentation or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 5 years of offshore experience, preferably with FPSO facilities.

- Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.

- Experience with Permit to Work systems, Mechanical Isolation Standards, and Risk Assessments.

- COMP-EX Certification preferred.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills.

- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above.
