The TheirCare regional operations leadership role oversees 10 services in the Wodonga region, driving excellence in practice, safety, quality and compliance. You will lead and develop teams, implement TheirCare programming, and ensure robust rostering and community engagement across multiple centres.

You will travel across the region, bringing focus on improving capabilities and child outcomes, supported by an experienced operations manager and head office.
