YMCA Victoria in Melbourne's City of Boroondara region is seeking an Assistant Manager for Kew Recreation Centre. You will lead multiple teams, oversee programs, and support the Centre Manager while ensuring service excellence and safety.

You will work closely with the City of Boroondara and the YMCA to deliver engaging recreation experiences, manage budgets, drive performance, and inspire staff to uphold the Y's values and community vision.
