The NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service is seeking a Team Leader Conservation to lead a team of specialists delivering threatened species, pest and weed management, and conservation programs across our national parks and reserves.

In this influential leadership role, you'll:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of conservation professionals.
- Drive strategic conservation planning and priority environmental programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to protect biodiversity, Aboriginal heritage and significant natural assets.
- Contribute to policy development and key initiatives,



including Assets of Intergenerational Significance.

We're looking for a collaborative leader with experience in conservation, wildlife management, environmental planning, and project delivery.
