The Valuable Guys is seeking a Customer Solutions Quality Assurance Lead to measure and monitor the quality of customer interactions and activities, and provide timely insights, training and coaching to improve team performance against agreed standards.

You will perform assessments, prepare reporting, facilitate training, identify issues, and drive QA process improvements while supporting a high-performing customer solutions team. The role offers hybrid working models for eligible roles.
