Mercor is seeking board-certified psychiatrists for a project with one of the world’s top AI labs. You will design expert-level diagnostic and reasoning challenges that current models fail, then provide authoritative, gold-standard answers.

We welcome applications from psychiatrists across all practice settings, with subspecialty expertise in Addiction, Child/Adolescent, Forensic, Geriatric, or Consultation-Liaison. Based in the US, UK, Europe, or Australia, US-based candidates are preferred.
