This is a hands‑on sales role. You'll be out in the market finding new clients, visiting construction sites, meeting builders, chasing opportunities and turning conversations into work.

Brief Access is looking for an experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is a hands‑on sales role. You'll be out in the market finding new clients, visiting construction sites, meeting builders, chasing opportunities and turning conversations into work.

What you'll be doing

- Hunt for new business across Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria.

- Identify builders, developers and construction companies we should be working with.

- Get out on site, make calls, build contacts and create opportunities.

- Re‑establish relationships with previous Clients and uncover recent project opportunities.

- Develop existing client relationships and get deeper into their organisations.

- Build relationships with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Procurement teams and senior decision‑makers.

- Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.

- Bring enquiries into the business and work with our project team to put together the right solution.

- Follow up quotes and tenders to close the deal.

- Grow successful clients into long‑term, repeat accounts.

- Own how we build relationships with our clients - from coffees and lunches to events, events and creative ideas to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities.





You won't be stuck behind a desk waiting for leads. The job is to get out there, find the opportunities and bring the work in.

What you'll earn

$80,000 base salary + super + uncapped, tiered commission.

At target performance, the commission structure delivers approximately $104,000 in annual commission — putting OTE at $184,000 + super.

The more business you generate, the more you earn.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in sales, business development or account management.

- Commercially hungry and motivated by winning.

- Confident approaching new businesses and making the first contact.

- Great at building genuine, long‑term relationships.

- Comfortable walking onto a construction site and talking to people.

- Organised, persistent and excellent at following up.

- Confident negotiating and asking for the business.

- Able to manage multiple opportunities and relationships at once.

- Comfortable working autonomously and being accountable for results.

Scaffolding experience is highly regarded , but strong construction industry experience is more important. Experience in scaffolding, access, temporary works, formwork, plant hire, building products or a similar construction environment will be highly regarded.
