Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role will lead the evolution of ADAQ’s education, CPD and professional learning portfolio at a pivotal time in the organisation’s growth.

About the Opportunity

Education is central to ADAQ’s future vision. As General Manager, Education, you will lead the strategic development of a contemporary learning ecosystem that goes beyond compliance requirements to deliver meaningful professional growth for Queensland dentists and enhances the value proposition of ADAQ as a member organisation.

The prospect is to design learning that is both valued by members and valuable in practice; education that connects to the realities of contemporary dentistry and supports dentists to build capability with direct relevance to their work, patients and professional future.

The role will lead a modern portfolio that embraces emerging technologies, new learning methodologies and evolving member expectations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Drive education innovation, including AI-enabled course development, CPD differentiation and personalised learning pathways.

What You’ll Bring

- Senior leadership experience in education, professional learning, CPD or a related member-focused environment
- Strong strategic and commercial capability, with the ability to grow a sustainable, high-value education portfolio
- Contemporary understanding of adult learning, learner experience and technology-enabled delivery
- Proven ability to build credibility with members, subject matter experts, presenters, partners and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity to lead teams, drive innovation and guide change in a complex stakeholder environment
